The Presidential Suite offers a master bedroom with single large bed and attached.
Third person (adult) can travel in the Presidential Suite @ US$ 8925 + 5% tax.
This Luxury Train Tour offers a sophisticated adult atmosphere; the tour management does not recommend travel for Children below the age of twelve.

Overnight travel onboard train in the comfort of richly furnished private A/C sleeping chambers with ensuite bathrooms.
Daily three meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) with packaged drinking water, tea/coffee service & non-alcoholic beverages.

City sightseeing tours for guest in Deluxe cabins is by air conditioned buses with English speaking guide (except in Ranthambhore game drive via Canter)
For Guests in Presidential Suite - Private A/C Cars with English Speaking Guide are arranged for City Sightseeing Tours (except by Jeeps in Ranthambhore).

The booking will be confirmed on the receipt of 25% advance deposit of published ticket value
Balance 80% payment must reach us at least 50 days before the departure date with the reservation form.
In case booking request is made less than 50 days of the departure date, we will require a one-time full advance deposit to confirm booking.
Prices are subject to vary in the event that the itinerary is altered or if there are additional costs, such as fuel or taxes.
Deccan Odyssey Train Tour is Jointly OPERATED by Tourism Department of Maharashtra State Govt & The Royal Journeys (A unit of Ebix Cash)
Liability of Royal Indian Trains is limited to that of booking agent only.

Advice preferred date of journey & number of Passengers & Cabin type required, to check availability.
We require Passport copies of all passengers to process booking.
Payment can be made by online credit card authorisation OR SWIFT wire bank transfer.
Booking confirmed at the time of payment (required amt. as per no. of days prior to the depart date) deposited in our account.

Request for cancellation must be made in writing & acknowledged by us.
Nil Cancellation fee – if Cancellation Request received more than 63 days prior to train tour depart.
Minimum 20% of published ticket value (inclusive taxes) will be charged as cancellation fee , if request received between 62-48 days prior to tour depart.
Minimum 50% of published ticket (inclusive taxes) value will be charged as cancellation fee , if request received between 47-33 days prior to train tour depart.
Full 100% of Published ticket value(inclusive taxes) will be charged as cancellation fee - if request received less than 32 days prior to train tour depart.
In case Train Tour Operator decides to self-cancel the scheduled train depart- refund can only be made once the money is received back from said Train Tour Operator.
Royal Indian Trains reserves the right to charge & deduct US$ 100 Per Person as bank processing fees, while making the refund.
Refund will be made as per Indian Rupees exchange value received from you.

All foreign Passport holders need to pre-apply for Indian Visa, before boarding flight from their respective place of residence.
There is no provision to issue Tour/Travel insurance policy from India & guests are advised to pre-purchase the same from the country of origin of travel.
Disputes (if any) are restricted to Jurisdiction of Courts of NCR Delhi (Gurgaon) only.Book Now
