Day 1 (Saturday Evening) – Depart from New Delhi
Board the train from Safdarjung railway station, in the evening, after the welcome ceremony on the platform. Dinner on-board & overnight travel to Agra.
Day 2 (Sunday Morning) – Agra
Early morning visit to the magnificent Taj Mahal.
Return to the station as the train departs for Ranthambhore.
Breakfast & lunch are served on-board.
Day 2 (Sunday Afternoon) – Ranthambhore
Train arrives at Sawai Madhapur Railway Station.
Proceed for 3 hours Jungle Safari to Ranthambhore Tiger Reserve by sharing canters.
Return to station & train departs.
Dinner on-board & overnight travel on the train.
Day 3 (Monday) – Jaipur
After breakfast on-board proceed for photo stop at Hawah Mahal & Albert Museum.

Day 6 (Thursday) – Udaipur

Booking Procedure
- Advice preferred date of journey & number of cabins required.
- We require passport copies of all passengers to process booking.
- Booking will be confirmed on receipt of Minimum 20% (twenty) advance deposit of the ticket value.
- Balance Payment must reach us at least 46 days before the train depart date.
- Booking requests made less than 46 days before tour depart will be confirmed on receipt of ONE TIME full amount of ticket value.
Cancellation Rules
- Request for cancellation must be made in writing & acknowledged by Royal Indian Trains.
- 10% Cancellation fee – if booking cancellation request received more than 91 days prior to train tour departure date.
- Minimum 20% of ticket value will be charged as cancellation fee - if request received between 90-61 days prior to train tour depart.
- Minimum 50% of ticket value will be charged as cancellation fee - if request received between 60-46 days prior to train tour depart.
- Full 100% of ticket value will be charged as cancellation fee - if request received less than 46 days prior to train tour depart.
- Full 100% of ticket value will be charged as cancellation fee - if request received less than 32 days prior to train tour depart.
- In case Train Tour Operator decides to cancel the scheduled train depart due to low occupancy/technical reasons, you will be informed at least 40 days in advance & full advance received for train tour booking will be refunded as per Reserve Bank of India (foreign exchange) rules - with no further liability of Royal Indian Trains.

- Deccan Odyssey Train Tour is Operated by Tourism Dept of Maharashtra State Govt in collaboration with Private Travel Company (Ebix Cash)
- Liability of Royal Indian Trains is restricted only to that of booking agent only.
- All foreign nationals require Visa to enter India & guests are advised to self-apply for Indian Visa, at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival in India.
- There is no provision to issue Tour/Travel insurance policy from India & guests are advised to pre-purchase same from country of origin of travel.
- Disputes (if any) are restricted to Jurisdiction of Courts of NCR Delhi, (Gurgaon) India only.
